Where do you ship the product to?

We do provide product shipping to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak. Please note that shipping cost may differ between Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah, Sarawak. We do not ship our product internationally.

Do you provide free product delivery?

Yes. We do provide free delivery for the order more than RM200 (Peninsular Malaysia), RM250 (Sabah & Sarawak). The total order amount must be excluding shipment fee.

What is your preferred delivery partner?

Our delivery partner is PosLaju Malaysia.

When will I receive my ordered product?

You should be able to receive your products within 1 weeks without any unexpected circumstances. The delivery time may be longer during peak and festive season. 

(We will not take any responsibility on any damage or late shipment by shipping provider)

Will I get my shipment tracking number?

Of course! We will email your tracking number to your registered email inbox once your products have been delivered. Please make sure your registered email is valid. You also can track your tracking number through https://poslaju.com.my/track-trace-v2/.

Do you provide other alternatives beside shipping via Poslaju?

Yes. If you are able to travel to Negeri Sembilan, we do provide Take From Store option. If you chose this delivery option, you are required to provide your pick-up date and time in order check-out section. We will not entertain any Take From Store order without pick-up date and time.
