1. Minimum Order Requirement

All products listed on Hock Bee Supply have a minimum order quantity. Customers must adhere to this requirement to successfully place an order.

2. How to Place an Order

You can place your order via Hock Bee Supply Online Store. While browsing is open to all visitors, creating an account is required for purchasing and placing orders.

3. Returns Policy

No returns are allowed once products are delivered from Hock Bee Supply's physical store. Products damaged by the delivery courier are not eligible for return. Please refer to our "Damages and Defects" section for more information.

4. Payment Methods

Currently, Hock Bee Supply only accepts bank transfers. For inquiries about alternative payment methods, please contact us via email.

6. Damages and Defects

Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us at hockbee352@gmail.com within 7 days. Replacements will be provided for damaged items. Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of receipt.

7. Delivery Time

Please allow 10-14 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Larger orders may require additional time.

8. International Shipping

We currently do not ship orders internationally.
